NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It was pioneered in the 1970's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder and has gone on to become one of the most powerful and important processes/ techniques in empowering people to overcome issues and change their lives. As a qualified NLP Practitioner I use it as part of my Coaching Programme combined with Hypnotherapy, EFT, Meditation and Motivational Coaching. This unique combination means my clients get the results they want.


I use Hypnotherapy as part of my Coaching Programme. When we think of Hypnosis we often think of stage shows. However Hypnotherapy is one of the most powerful and respected techniques available to help people overcome issues with confidence, phobias, addiction, fears, motivation, goal setting and achieving, conflict, family, relationships, quitting smoking, weight loss and many more. It works seamlessly alongside NLP and is a safe, fast and effective way to move on from any issue you have.

EFT and Meditation

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It's based on the ancient Chinese pressure points which are "tapped" on in a specific order combined with affirmations. EFT alone can give great results but when used as part of my Coaching Programme the results can be incredible. Last but not least I include an element of Meditation in my programme. It's not attached to any religious beliefs, you don't have to have meditated before and it takes as little as 10 minutes a day.
